You are looking at a 3 sets of Minnesota license plates from the 1930"s. You get two sets of 1939 and a set of 1938. I would say they are in pretty good condition, some standard rust and wear, need to been cleaned if you want them pretty?? I have seen so many people ruin things they dont know how to clean so I will leave that up to you. Any questions just ask, and please check out the pictures again and they tell more than words can.
