There is some light damage from a license plate frame along the top, some light scratches, and some extremely light scuffs. The plate is a natural with only one year sticker. The county code sticker is torn in the upper right corner. See photo. This plate has been expired at least three years and is being sold as a collectible. $3.85 for shipping to any US address.
