MO "80 D.A.D. license plate #9Here is one of those plates that make our hobby unique. D.A.D. stands for Dead Animal Disposal, a permit plate issued to trucks that remove dead animal carcasses from the premises. Generally companies in the rendering business. Not many states issue states for so called "deadstock" (Michigan is the only other one I can think of). This is a rather unique type and is hard to find as not many were issued in any given year. A nice low number #9 in this case. Good condition, used plate with evident light suface rust, dents and wear. Some sticker residue that I forgot to remove that should come off with some solvent.
