First of all this plate complies with Ebay’s rules since it has expired over 3 years ago (both year AND month are considered) and is not a design that can currently be used on the road. This is sold for collection, display or craft purposes only, not for a vehicle.
Secondly, this IS the plate that you will receive – not one with a different serial number or “similar to” the one scanned.
This is a 1970 dated Snowmobile type base plate. The condition is Excellent+, refer to the picture. The size is 6 by 7. The 30 at the start of the serial number indicates that it was to be issued in Deer Lodge County (Anaconda is the county seat). It is the former home to Lucille Ball.
