These plates are from the 1985-86-87 series year. They are now 30 years old and acceptable to use on historical, or vintage autos 1986 and older. (soon to be 1987 & older). Both have all 3 year stickers/validation tags. (1985 & 1986 are on the back of each)
These are state issued steel license plates, new, and in good condition. Note: these plates sometimes had a twist, and didn"t lay flat due to the way they were stamped out in manufacturing. However when mounted on the car, or in a license plate frame, they would flatten out.
