First of all this plate complies with Ebay’s rules since it has expired over 3 years ago (both year AND month are considered) and is not a design that can currently be used on the road. This is sold for collection, display or craft purposes only, not for a vehicle.
Secondly, this IS the plate that you will receive – not one with a different serial number or “similar to” the one scanned.
This is an unstickered 1976 truck base. The condition is Very Good, refer to the picture. The serial number indicates that is was for a truck issued in Clark County (Las Vegas is the county seat). Note that the lettering, serial number and sticker area are debossed (recessed) rather than embossed (raised).

You might ask why are Nevada plates are difficult to find: (1) the population base is a sparse 2.7 million (2) there are 500 vehicles registered per 1,000 residents (3) it issues plates in pairs (4) therefore Nevada plates are 0.69% of the plates issued in the US each year.
