NH "74 Repair License PlateA rather unusual plate as there are two stikers on this plate. The red sticker at top right covers up a 1973 date that has been "smushed" flat. This means they probably issued some leftover plates for whatever reason or perhaps they were stamped out with the wrong date in error. Exc condition, minor wear, a plate you"d be proud to display.
