“Very old and front and rear cover HAVE BEEN MENDED by previous owner, but seem to be on tight. Cover is fading a bit, pages are yellowing slightly and some are age spotted. From 1891. The binding seems to be tight still but the covers have obviously been repaired. I do not know how long ago, but they seem secure. Some parts are filled out by previous owners. Selling as is

This is a vintage authetic set of New York State Issued License Plates from 1962 with ’63 tag attached (can be removed, just wired on). They are in good to very good condition. No rust marks, dents, or other major flaws. A little dark in spots from storage, but could probably be cleaned. I don’t want to do it and potentially use something that could damage them.
