Here’s a very nice, lightly used New York (NY NYS) optional license plate, issued in 2008 to commemorate the Giants Super Bowl win over the previously undefeated New England Patriots.
Highlights
- Tough, limited one-year issue
- issued only in 2008 and perhaps early 2009 while the Giants were reigning Super Bowl Champions
- High increased cost to register to a vehicle
- As a result, not many were issued, and even fewer still around today
