Item in excellent condition with 33 double sided photo sleeves. About 3-4 pages have stickers on them however they should be able to be removed fairly easily . Also the previous owner also stuck a bunch of stickers on the plate as well but no markers or pens and they should be very easy to remove as well . I simply threw out the personal photos and placed this item on-line. Very rare and unique NY item which you don"t run across very often
