They are in good / nice condition (not mint or excellent) with some small dents, scratches, pitting, scratches around top bolt holes from normal use. The DMV isn"t concerned with what year the registration sticker on the plate is (or if it has one at all) but you do need to confirm with them that you can use the plate # in order to register them to your historical / collectible vehicle!
