Up for consideration is a New York State The Empire State Novelty License Plate.  WHITS SS is featured on this Novelty Plate.  This item is in previously owned condition.  Please note that this is not a stamped plate. (See photo of the back side of plate.). This plate is from the estate of a collector and antiques dealer. It does show wear from age and use - there are scratches, marks and some rust around mounting holes. (See close-up photos and use zoom feature to see details!). Measures approximately 12 x 6.
