There are upper bolt hole marks ... and the right one is slightly indented ..., light scratches, scuffs on the characters and a nick in the paint on the 7. The biggest issue with this plate is that dark verticle lines have appeared on the yellow background material. They are actually darker in person than they appear in the picture. See photo. This plate has been expired at least three years and is being sold as a collectible. $3.85 for shipping to any US address. I do not ship out of the USA.
