This is an authentic pair of Illinois license plates, which are still new in package. They only show a little wear from being stored, including minor warping and dirt that infiltrated some holes in the shrink wrap. The top of the license plates shows, Illinois Land of Lincoln and the plates read 45 221 H all in green lettering. The back of the package shows the original Illinois Secretary of State postal pouch. These plates were used on trucks of a certain weight between 1983 and 2001.
I am auctioning these plates for collection/novelty/historical purposes only. Do not use these plates on your vehicle. These plates are no longer valid.
