All license plates in my auctions are expired and over 3 years old to comply with policy.
License plates are offered for collecting purposes only and cannot be used on any motor vehicle.
This is not strictly a license plate *now*, but it was at one point. This plate has been made into an ashtray by the SUI (State Use Industry) i.e. the prison plate shop. The numbers on this plate 01-CW indicate that it was a passenger plate before it was cut down.
