ND "38 license plate Standard passenger car plate for 1938.vg condition, all original except for minor background touch-up here and there. Probably doesn"t show up in the photo, but the touch-up seems to be around the outside edges and then to the right of the "1 and to the left of the "4". Plate lies straight as an arrow, no extra holes or repairs. Overall a nice displayable plate. All these "38 plates I have listed are from the late Gene Jones collection, of Fort Wayne Indiana.
