New Northwest Territories Canada polar bear motorcycle license plate.The polar bear cup plate is 4""x7"" inches.The plate was never used on a motorbike and is more than three years old.At present it is not in use on any vehicle.Due to a design change the left over plates were not issued.  The supply is limited.
