This issue features an 8-page article (including photos and charts) on Ohio license plate history by Chuck Sacryd. A second one-page article by John Connors examines Toledo"s auto tags. In addition, there are one-page pieces on Minnesota #1 plates and 1941 Ident-O-Tag key chain plates. There are 31 pages not including the advertising section in this issue.
