This is a used New Mexico License plate, LCF-233 but in good condition. Land of Enchantment, Red on Yellow Colors. USA.

The tag measures 12 x 6 overall. It has a 1988-90 base date and there is a 1993 sticker on the plate, Sheet Metal Plate & Embossed number, rest is flat.
