This is a vintage metal license plate from Florida back when there were Zonies who attended the Florida Citrus Bowl on New Year"s Day. The Zonies would sit in the end zone and cheer no matter what teams played. It was a blast! This was given out at a Zonies gathering. The 13 stands for the 13th year of the Zonies.
