“As found condition. Missing paint, old and very rusted”

Offered is this old New Jersey license plate from 1949. Needs restoration. It is old, missing paint and rusted. It weighs over one pound so I have to ship Priority, not first class.
All items I sell are vintage and most are antique. None are perfect. Please expect general use and wear that all antique, old or used items have and bid accordingly. I will point out any flaws that I think are pertinent but ask questions if you are unsure.
