You are looking at an old lot of 19 New York State license plates. These items are from different years and colors schemes, and all show wear from age and use with scratches, scuffs, rust, holes, and a couple have missing parts. One plate still has part of the mounting plate on it. Many of these items also are bent in places. These items are all standard size.
