Secondly, this IS the plate that you will receive – not one with a different serial number or “similar to” the one scanned.
This is a 2001 stickered 1993 optional Oregon Trail Sesquicentennial base. The condition is Very Good, refer to the picture.

You might ask why are Oregon plates somewhat difficult to find: (1) the population base is a moderate 3.8 million (2) there are just 770 vehicles registered per 1,000 residents (3) it issues plates in pairs (4) therefore Oregon plates are just 1.52% of the plates issued in the US each year.
