What is posted in my pictures you will receive including the waxed paper bag that it came in when i got it.  
The numbers are on the front side of this Original California License Plate sticker from 1962.  I have covered them over, but this was done to prevent further copies being made with reflective tape and past off as a real sticker.  Mine is 100% Original.  
When you turn the sticker over, i also covered over the Union bug or printed paper covering the stickers maker.  It is indeed intact.  
The waxed paper bag that came with the sticker when i purchased it many years ago is included to the winner of this auction.
