Here offered is a 1954 Pennsylvania Auto License Plate number 4B596. This is in very good condition with just some very minor scuffing and dings. There is some very minor surface rust around the bottom holes. There is some discoloration to the blue around the 4B as shown. The mailer is soiled and has scuffs and tears and is in poor condition. The colors are very bright. The plates we now have on Ebay were found in a Barn cleanout in Western Pa. We did not try and clean these plates. All we did was wipe them off with a damp cloth. I will leave the cleaning to you. 10 x 5 3/4.
