Offered for your consideration is an expired Pennsylvania Railroad Car License Plate in good, used condition. This plate will make the perfect addition to your plate or railroad collection.
If the winning bidder is from Pennsylvania, I must collect 6% state sales tax unless proof of tax id is provided. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask. If you pay after 2pm, the item will be shipped the following day. I do not ship on the weekend. * I do not work for the postal service nor can I control if they damage or misplace your item. If you would like insurance, notify me before you pay and I will adjust the shipping accordingly. I strongly recommend you get insurance for your purchase. I will not be held liable if you decide to forgo insurance and your item is lost or broken. If you do not request insurance, I do not provide it.
