Pair 1938 Washington License Plates
Click image for more fotoOffered is this pair of 1938 plates originally issued in Spokane county. Somebody has done an amateur job of repainting them. It appears that the faces of the plates are rusty beneath the paint as the surface is rough. The backs of the plates show nearly no rust at all? The plates are solid, no extra holes and lay flat and are excellent for restoration. Please examine pics so you know exactly what you are getting...
