This auction is for a pair of 1975 Iowa License Plates. They are from Dickinson County which is the Spirit Lake area. They are brand new and were never issued...they are New Old Stock so they are in mint condition. They are over three years old and do not violate ebay"s rules and expired in 1975. See the picture and judge the condition for yourself as everyone"s opinion varies. In my opinion they are in mint condition. They do not lay flat...they have that manufacturing bend in them from the stamping process. Buyer to add choice of $5.25 First Class Mail shipping with the plates wrapped in a liner separating them and then in cardboard or $7.35 lined Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope shipping.
