This auction is for a pair of 1992 Iowa Sesquicentennial License Plates. These plates celebrated 1996 Iowa"s Sesquicentennial, 1846 - 1996. This is the rarer red, white and blue base that is harder to find. They are both in mint condition and have never been on a vehicle. See the pictures and click on them to enlarge them to see them clearer and judge the condition for yourself before you bid. They are over three years old and do not violate ebay"s rules. They expired in 1992. Buyer to add choice of $4.25 First Class Mail shipping with each of the plates wrapped in a liner and then in cardboard or $6.45 lined Priority Mail shipping. The Priority Mail option will INCLUDE INSURANCE in the US. I always combine shipping. See shipping section for International Rates.
