“Chemically stripped, very good condition”

This is a wonderful matched pair of 1931 Utah license plates. I believe that these have been chemically stripped. There are some small wrinkles near the mounting holes. It looks like a little work on one plate near the seven has been done straightening it. It"s a dime sized area. I really wish I could find a pair of 1932 Utah plates this straight!
