Up for auction is a pair of 1955 New Jersey automobile license plates, they are in good to very good condition. We"ve purchased a large, mainly New York collection dating from 1917 to the more current Empire State plates. I"ll be putting random groups up over the next few weeks. Please feel free to send questions or date requests. Plates measure roughly 6.5 x 10.25. Please note the 1.5 x 1 area of paint loss on one plate (see pictures). NY shipments will have an 8.125% tax added unless a valid ST-120 can be supplied.
