this is. i a unique purse or carrying case made from a PA license plate it has a real 5-96" sticker in the corner. a bottle cap holds the snap lock. the inside is black felt the top and bottom are chrome it is 7 inches long x 4 inches diameter., the strap appears to be leather. license no.
