12 x 6 brushed red-brown-black porcelain background with white porcelain numbers and writing. Made by the Brilliant MFG. Co. Philadelphia, PA. Plate has slight chipping on the upper left hand corner and slight chipping and dent in upper right corner. All original, as found and uncleaned. This is a hard to find single plate. This is the 3rd year Pennsylvania issued dealer plates. Displays very well and you would be hard pressed to find a nicer one.
