Rare 1910 Porcelain Pa License Plate

Plate is out of my personnel collection of decades. Time for someone else to enjoy. Some plates are listed as rare when in reality they are just old. I have have listed this as rare for 2 reasons. Plates from 1910 are usually blue while this is black. More importantly the makers mark is number 2. This number is the identification number assigned to the prisoner making the plate. No reserve.
