Rare 1913 Maine Dealer #B117 Porcelain License Plate

Here is a 1913 Maine Dealer #B117 Porcelain License Plate. There have been touch ups in the top left near the B and strap hole and bottom left corner, the right top and bottom corner and along the AINE. Condition can be seen in the photos. All four grommets are in place. 
There is also a tag on the back of the plate that says: 1913 MAINE - Fish & Shepard - Exeter.
