This is RARE red 3 round 1923 Chicago Illinois License plate for a passenger automobile. 
Centered at the  top it reads Chicago 1923, the left side reads Pass 35 HP, the right side reads Auto or Less and the bottom has the number 32888 centered.
Some dirt, scratches and worn off paint but this vintage piece wears it well.
