Rare 1945 Louisiana Pelican DAV License Plate Tag in Very Nice Condition

The Pelican has been a symbol on the Louisiana DAV tags from 1942 to 1963/64. The early plates displayed a very simple rendition of a squawking pelican. This ’45 tag is nice. Please look closely at the photographs to determine the condition for yourself.
