1950 Louisiana license plate featuring a neat pelican graphic. The pelican decal was made of paper and few survived intact in the hot, humid sometimes harsh weather of Louisiana. This is a real plate not some phoney novelty plate seen elsewhere on . In excellent condition overall with only a few spots of surface rust on the back. This plate could very well be an older professional restoration.
