Great looking 2003 Illinois be an organ donor graphic License Plate. This is a speciality plate in memory of Walter Payton, # 34 Chicago Bears.
This is a used plate, and does have some very minor signs of use otherwise in excellent condition. As per rules this is over 3 years old.
I have been collecting plates for over 30 years, and this is in my collection in the UK. The plates I am selling are simply overstock, which allows me to create more room to buy other plates for my collection.
