Rare NH Restricted Special Vehicle license plate. Validation tag for 1968-69 showing, appears to have been at least 3 prior tags beneath it at one point (last two appear mainly there, third appears almost all taken off). Picture tells the story; plate is in good, original, unretouched condition with perhaps an extra hole at top center.
