Rare NOS 1930 New York License Plates. This pair of plates are still in their original package from the Albany Bureau of Motor Vehicles. The package is ripped in many spots, but it still exists which is amazing. It says how you should adjust your headlamps on your car. The top of the plates have gotten a little worn where it was opened, but still never used or put on a car. Hard To Find!!!!
