You are bidding on a rare PAIR of black 1940s porcelain Delaware license plates, I was told these are 1943 thru 1947 but check first before bidding. Both plates in this pair are in Very Good original condition, with all original porcelain which is still glossy after more than 70 years. There is one minor area of porcelain missing on the one plate inside the zero(as can be seen in the picture) and along the edge of the plate. Overall a nice example of original plates for their age.
