It is Fresh from an Estate Sale and is Offered for Sale on line for the First time. We have Never seen this Plate before. It is made of Metal and has Heavy Paint or Graphics. It has the 3rd Army Patch to the Left and not sure what the Right one is. It is Very Colorful and reads: BIRMINGHAM---USAR---SCHOOL 3385. The Condition is Great, in our opinion. It has Vivid Colors with No touch-ups, No repaints and No repairs of any kind! It is Very Straight. No extra holes. It has some Aged Patina with a couple of very light dings.
