Rare VTG Michigan 1967 License Plate matched pair w/Original Wrapper

Don"t find this very often. A vintage matched pair of 1967 Michigan Commercial license plates with the original Secretary of State wrapper and paper divider.  One of the plates has a couple of very light marks that suggest it was mounted, the other does not.  The wrapper has storage wear and is very fragile
