The license plate is in excellent condition and comes complete with a letter to the person who registered this plate on how and when they are allowed to use it on their vehicle. It also comes with the District of Columbia Official 1981 Inaugural Registration Certificate that went to the owner who lived in Humbolt, Kansas and drove a Chevrolet.
