Released to replace outdated blue on white plates on Turnpike Vehicles.
Very few made it into use as on Thanksgiving 1989, a 2nd grade elementary school teacher and her students successfully lobbied the Turnpike Authority to Remove the arrow from the hat rendering this type useless
