Scarce North Dakota License Plate Pair 1935 # 2 Very Rare government?

Here are two of the rarest ND license plates you may ever find. This is second hand info from the person I got them from from over 20 years ago but he claimed they were on the Governors vehicle in 1935. The name he said was Langer. My research tells me Langer was Governor before then. Second hand info!! Could be true. The state may have info. Rare no matter what!!!! Anyways, I have collected plates for many years and have to sell things due to my wife"s passing. Low reserve and free shipping.
