This lot for sale is a Set of 4 North Carolina MOTORCYCLE license plates issued by the North Carolina DMV from 1998 to 2002.
Note the very first years for which the registration sticker matches the number sequence on the license plate. 
Those license plates are authentic and is more than 3 years old.
Grading is subjective so please look at all pictures to judge for yourself condition of item before bidding.
