This is a rare set of one Arkansas veteran"s pair of POW and Purple Heart license plates. 
The POW plate appears to be much older, or was issued first. These are most probably from the Vietnam War. I found them at an Estate Sale, and I asked, but the family apparently was not concerned with keeping them. 
These are sold As Is. 
This is fairly unusual to have both plates from the same Veteran. We honor his service in preserving these in a proper collection.
