This 1918 PA license plate is in pristine condition. No dents, extra holes or other defects but it"s heavy steel. The keystone has three items missing; brads, screws or plugs but it doesn"t seem to be a distraction from the plates. Keystone is not dependent on any for attachment. Color is a very dark blue, almost black with white letters/numbers.
